A larger design library is not a larger field

The most useful first comparison with SE700 is that both remain in the same documented rectangular field class. A different built-in selection can be valuable when it matches the work you want to create, but it does not make a too-large design fit. Review the library and any licensing conditions separately from mechanical limits.

Use the explicit model reference

Aurora is identified as BLMAR in the manufacturer documentation. That code helps when an official accessory page lists codes rather than consumer-facing names. Our evidence finder records an explicit BLMAR mention for the SAMFM100; it does not extrapolate that one relationship to every Brother-branded hoop or foot.

Plan a workstation for the configuration in use

The source supplies labeled machine-only dimensions, which are useful for an initial equipment inventory. They are not a clearance template for embroidering inside a cabinet. Koala’s Compact page names Aurora among its compatible machines, but that manufacturer listing does not eliminate the need to confirm insert choice, attachment use, platform position and the complete motion envelope. Keep these as separate purchase checks.
