What the calculation does
All prices are illustrative inputs, not current retailer quotes. Enter amounts in a single currency; results use that same currency. Count included items only once and keep subscription charges out of the one-time software field. An amount of zero means you chose zero—it does not verify that the item is free.
Initial cost = machine + furniture + accessories + initial supplies + one-time software + shipping/assembly + entered tax. Recurring cost = monthly amount × months. Total = initial + recurring.
What it does not establish
This is a budget worksheet, not a business-profit forecast. It excludes costs you have not entered, financing, repairs, resale value and variable project usage. Obtain actual delivered quotes and verify what the bundle includes before comparing purchase totals.
